A New Zealand telecoms company wanted to leverage automation to handle HR email queries more efficiently, and deliver better experiences for employees.

Solution

We created a bot that used machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques to provide fast, accurate answers to basic queries. A dashboard was also created to enable HR staff to monitor the efficiency of the solution.
